Shipping & Returns
Straightforward policies. No surprises.
Shipping times
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery times are typically:
- United States: 5–9 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 7–12 business days
- European Union: 8–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–18 business days
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders over $50 ship free within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for most regions.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at support@xiurk.com.
Customs & duties
For international orders, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You'll need proof of purchase (your order number is fine)
- Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned
To start a return, email support@xiurk.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label for US orders; international customers cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
