How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships — usually within 24 hours of placing it. Some remote areas may take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 40 countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders over $50 ship free within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Email support@xiurk.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible at support@xiurk.com with your order number. Once an order is in transit, we can't intercept it — but you can always return it after delivery.
A product I want is sold out — will it come back?
Probably! Click "Notify Me" on the product page and enter your email. We'll send you a single email the moment it's restocked — no newsletters, no spam.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through industry-standard encrypted gateways. We never see or store your full card details. Our site uses HTTPS end-to-end.
Do you offer wholesale?
